OnIndus will be at COAA Connect Fall 2026, the Construction Owners Association of America’s fall gathering for owners who plan, fund and deliver capital programs. This year’s event runs November 2 to 4 at The DeSoto in Savannah.
COAA is one of the few rooms where owners talk openly with each other about what’s working in their programs and what isn’t. For us, it’s a chance to catch up with the clients we work alongside and meet owners who are planning their next phase of work.
What we’re hearing from owners
Capital teams are being asked to deliver more with the same staff. Reporting still takes too long. Data sits in separate systems, and leaders want a clear view of what’s active, what’s next and what’s at risk before it reaches the board. University teams are also working around academic calendars that leave little room for delays.
These are the conversations we want to have in Savannah. We’ll be talking with owners about standardizing how projects get delivered, getting more value from the systems they already run, and putting AI to work on their own project data.
