Position Summary
The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions that support operational, financial, and compliance reporting. This role requires expertise in data integration, analytics, business intelligence, and process automation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that improve business performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, ETL pipelines, and data models across Amazon Redshift, Oracle SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Extract, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets to support operational, financial, and compliance reporting requirements.
- Develop and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards and paginated reports utilizing DAX measures, drill-down functionality, and row-level security.
- Build workflow automation solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Python to streamline data collection, approvals, notifications, and reporting processes.
- Manage large-scale data integration initiatives, including processing and integrating data from SAP systems, flat files, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Develop Python-based solutions for data cleansing, ETL automation, statistical analysis, and data quality monitoring.
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide analytical support.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and audit standards.
- Perform performance tuning and data model optimization to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
- Develop KPI-focused reporting and analytics that support strategic business decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Architecture and Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing the responsibilities listed above.
- Strong experience with:
- SQL (Amazon Redshift, Oracle SQL, Microsoft SQL Server)
- Power BI and DAX
- Python
- ETL development and data integration
- PowerApps and Power Automate
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets and reporting environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to travel and relocate as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
